Our Romans series is continuing this Sunday, and reflecting on what God’s already taught us throughout the time studying this epistle it is encouraging to think of the truth learned. As we have had familiar faces return and people come into our body, let us remember to encourage each other in love as we grow together into the head, into Christ (Eph. 4:15). This article helps us understand a little better what that looks like:
God has called you to serve me, and me to serve you, by speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). This mutual ministry is what drives me to write truth, and to read and listen to truth from friends.
But “speaking the truth in love” is not so simple as hitting a few keys on my laptop. It requires a cosmic backstory to pull off.
